The City of Fort Pierce Extends FPRA Targeted Corridor Paint Program


The City of Fort Pierce has extended the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) Targeted Corridor Paint Program to include US Highway 1 (between Georgia Avenue and Avenue O).

The purpose of this program is to brighten up and transform the US Highway 1 and Orange Avenue corridors. The Targeted Corridor Paint Program offers financial assistance in the form of a reimbursable grant of up to $1,000 toward the cost of exterior paint and paint supplies. The funds will be disbursed on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit one (1) grant award per property. The program is open now until December 22, 2022, at 3:00 PM.


To be eligible for this program the property must be located on one of the following corridors within the FPRA District:

  • Orange Avenue corridor (between 33rd Street and Melody Lane)

  • US Highway 1 corridor (between Georgia Avenue and Avenue O)
