City of Fort Pierce Cancels 6th Annual Highwaymen Festival

The City of Fort Pierce cancels the 6th Annual Highwaymen Art & Music Festival due to the changing nature and uncertainty of COVID.

The Highwaymen Festival is one of the City’s long-standing, traditional events hosting hundreds of artists and visitors from all over. In an effort to minimize any potential risk to the community and for the health and safety of everyone involved that makes this event successful year-round, the Grants Administration respectfully postpones this year’s Highwaymen Festival scheduled for Saturday, February 19, 2022.

“As many were looking forward to having a great time celebrating and honoring the original Highwaymen and 2nd generation artist along with much more, we are very disappointed that we must make this sudden change. We are very much looking forward to the event as many are. The tentative date of the festival is February 18, 2023, or once operations return to normal.” – Grants Administration

The primary focus for the City of Fort Pierce is to provide a safe environment for all citizens as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely in our community.

For more information or questions about the Annual Highwaymen Festival, please contact the Grants Administration at: 772-467-3161.
