Tropical Depression Fred is now located 315 miles ESE of Key West, Florida, and moving WNW at 10 mph. Maximum sustained winds are 35 mph.  Fred is expected to move north of Cuba this evening, make a slight NW turn, and move through the Florida Keys on Saturday. Locally we can expect heavy rain and strong winds over the weekend.
