In December 2019, the City Planning Department hosted a Community Input Meeting for residents and businesses to discuss neighborhood issues and the Edgartown Settlement zoning district regulations. The meeting covered other important topics such as property maintenance, lighting, and safety. Following the delay caused by COVID-19, Planning staff is now able to present the residents with proposed changes to the zoning district regulations based upon the information gathered by the attendees at the initial community meeting and an on-line survey.
The next Community Input Meeting will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2021 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riverwalk Center located at 600 North Indian River Drive. The meeting is open to the public and refreshments will be provided.
