The Fort Pierce City Commission is seeking individuals to serve on the Communitywide Council. The purpose and function of the Communitywide Council includes providing a public review and comment venue for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 5-Year Consolidated and Annual Action Plans, the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) 3-Year Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP), and scoring public service grant applications for consideration by the City Commission. The CWC meets approximately five (5) times per year. Eligible individuals will be residents of the City of Fort Pierce and live within the CDBG Target area.
