Governor Ron DeSantis signed Executive Order 20-181 today, declaring a state of emergency for counties in the path of Hurricane Isaias.

All special events and city facility rentals are cancelled beginning 12pm Saturday, August 1st through Sunday, August 2nd.

St. Lucie County’s Emergency Management staff is urging residents to shelter in place during this event, as there are no immediate plans to open shelters or issue evacuations.
