CITY PARKS AND BEACHES

All City of Fort Pierce beaches are closed, including South Causeway Park and Jaycee Park. All other city parks remain open; however, the City of Fort Pierce urges residents and visitors to follow social distancing guidelines set forth by the CDC.


BOAT RAMPS 

The boat ramps at Jaycee Park and Fisherman’s Wharf are open until further notice.


CITY HALL

Fort Pierce City Hall is currently closed to the public. Essential services like police, solid waste, and utilities are not impacted by this closure. Building Department:

The Building Department will remain open by appointment only for paper permit submittals. To make an appointment to meet with the building department, please call: 772-467-3199. In-person interior inspections for occupied or recently occupied residences will no longer be conducted. For more information, visit: http://cityoffortpierce.com/131/Building-Department.

 

Planning Department:

The Planning Department is implementing a temporary change in policy, allowing all applications to be submitted electronically. Applications can be submitted via email or regular mail. Submittal documents must be submitted as a PDF and can be emailed to planning_dl@cityoffortpierce.com or submitted on a CD or USB Drive via mail to 100 N. US Highway 1, Ft. Pierce, FL 34950, attention: Planning Department. If applications cannot be submitted electronically, please call 772-467-3737 so that other arrangements can be made.


Indian Hills Golf Course:

The Indian Hills Golf Course remains open and is implementing precautionary safety and sanitary measures.
