[ARCHIVED] City of Fort Pierce Commissioners Seek Applications for City Boards

The Fort Pierce City Commission is seeking civic-minded Fort Pierce residents to serve on the Board of Examiners of Contractors and the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals.  Individuals must be a St. Lucie County resident for a least two years and be a state licensed contractor in any of the following fields: Architect; Engineer; Swimming Pool, Roofing, or other Specialty Contractor; General, Residential, or Building Contractor; Electrical Contractor; Plumbing Contractor; or Mechanical or Air Conditioning Contractor.  There is also an opening for a consumer representative who must be a Fort Pierce resident and have never been a member or practitioner of a profession regulated by the board.  To be considered in 2017, applications must be received by Wednesday, August 30, 2017.
