For the fourth consecutive year, Keep Fort Pierce Beautiful has been awarded the Keep America Beautiful President’s Circle Award. The President’s Circle Award recognizes exemplary performance made by partners of the nonprofit in building and sustaining vibrant communities.
In qualifying for a President’s Circle Award, Keep Fort Pierce Beautiful has met standards of merit by conducting an annual Community Appearance Index, calculating the affiliate’s cost/benefit ratio, and administering activities in the areas of litter prevention, recycling and waste reduction, and beautification and community greening.
Paul Bertram, Executive Director of Keep Fort Pierce Beautiful said, “This prestigious award would not have been possible without the continued support of our Keep Fort Pierce Beautiful Board and the fantastic volunteers we have throughout the year.”
