The Fort Pierce City Commission is currently accepting applications from qualified residents interested in serving on the City’s Planning Board. This is an opportunity for civic-minded individuals to play an active role in shaping the future of Fort Pierce.
The Planning Board serves as an advisory body that reviews development proposals, zoning changes, and other planning matters that influence the city’s growth and development. The board meets on the second Monday of each month at 2:00 p.m. and plays a critical role in promoting well-planned neighborhoods and vibrant, sustainable communities.
The City is seeking to fill one at-large seat. To be eligible, applicants must have resided within the city limits of Fort Pierce for at least two years.
