The Fort Pierce Firehawks14U Red Team will play for the Pop Warner National Championship this Friday, December 10th, at 12:30 PM in Orlando's Camping World Stadium and will be streamed live at Live Streaming Information (popwarnersuperbowl.com)

In October, the Fort Pierce Firehawks made a splash, beating the Palm Beach Gardens Gators at the Treasure Coast Football Conference Championship Game which propelled them to the South East Regional Championships.

Hungry for more, the Firehawks defeated three more teams on the road in the month of November to claim the Southeast Region Championship title which didn't leave them much time to enjoy turkey and stuffing! The Firehawks chewed their way to the top, earning not only the Southeast Region Championship title and the State Championship title, but also the opportunity to play in the Pop Warner National Championship game.

On December 4th, the Firehawks traveled to Orlando to tackle their first-round opponents, the Carlsbad Lancers, for the National title. They swiftly knocked out their next opponent, the Reno Miners, during round two on December 7th which set the stage for the final showdown on Friday, December 10th starting at 12:30 PM.

NFL linebacker for the Chicago Bears and Fort Pierce native, Khalil Mack, recently sent the team a very encouraging message to keep their spirits up and keep pressing forward as the Firehawks currently hold a perfect record of 16-0 this season. The message from Khalil Mack can be found on the City of Fort Pierce's Youtube Channel: Firehawks Message from Khalil Mack - November 4, 2021 - YouTube

Over 400 youth participated in this year's Fort Pierce Firehawks program based out of the City's Recreation Center located at 903 S. 21st Street in Fort Pierce. The City’s focus for the Recreation Center is to help engage youth in the community, offering various activities such as football, cheerleading, basketball, and much more.
