www.stlucieco.govResidents of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County still has available rental funding for income-eligible, St. Lucie County residents. Household income must be at or below 80% of the area median income. Eligible households must meet the following requirements: • Qualify for unemployment;
• Have experienced a reduction in household income;
• Incurred significant costs;
• And/or experienced a financial hardship due to COVID-19 on or after April 1, 2020.
Please note, proof of COVID-19 related hardship and other related household documents are required. Funds will be paid directly to the landlord.
