The K-9 Unit consists of five (6) dual-purpose K-9, one (1) sergeant, and five (5) officers. This unit provides the citizens of Fort Pierce with an invaluable service, which consists of responding as backup to dangerous calls for service and putting on K-9 demonstrations for the communities.
