On behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four, you and your staff are invited to a Public Meeting to learn about the proposed improvements for the above-referenced project. The public meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. The public meeting will be offered in two different formats: virtual and in-person.

The in-person Public Meeting will take place at the Havert L. Fenn Center located at 2000 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34982. The latest social distancing guidelines will be followed. Both formats will consist of a formal presentation followed by a question-and-answer session. Staff will be available to answer questions and provide assistance. Comments and questions will be answered in the order received. If your question is not answered during the event, a response will be provided in writing following the meeting. Questions and comments may also be submitted prior to the meeting by emailing the Project Manager.

When completed, the project will provide enhanced recreational benefits and access for multiple modes of transportation. Notices are being sent to all property owners and tenants located within 300 feet of the project and to other public officials, regulatory agencies, organizations, and individuals interested in the project.
