The City of Fort Pierce and the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) invite interested and/or qualified developers to submit a Statement of Qualifications for the redevelopment of approximately 7.2 acres of property generally known as the H.D. King Power Plant (which was decommissioned in 2008) located at 311 North Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, FL. In the interest of limiting the initial investment of effort and cost on the part or respondents, the disposition process for this RFQ is organized in two stages:
1) Request for Qualifications and
2) Request for Proposals. The City of Fort Pierce and the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) seeks conceptual development programs indicating the proposed uses and intensity of uses that the respondent would intend to pursue.
