Quality & Beautification

The Parks and Grounds Division is one of many divisions responsible for keeping our city beautiful. It is the mission of our division to provide the highest quality parks, streetscapes and open spaces to the citizens and visitors of Fort Pierce.

Facilities & Grounds

The Parks and Grounds Division manages over 140 acres of community parks, beach accesses, roadway corridors, building landscapes and drainage canals. This division also manages irrigation services, litter collection and Keep Fort Pierce Beautiful Great American Clean-Up. We also offer supervised community service opportunities. Contract Services

A large facet of this division is contract services for landscape, maintenance, fertilization, pesticide, tree trimming and new landscape installation projects.

Park Rental Information

Interested in renting a park for a birthday, family reunion, wedding or special event? Due to the popularity of our parks, it is necessary to request and submit a facility use permit prior to the event.
