✓ Community Pop-Up Shop SETUP begins at 3:00 PM. SETUP MUST BE COMPLETE by 4:00 PM.
✓ All Vendors will remain open until 6:00 PM.
✓ No Vendor will sell alcoholic beverages.
✓ Vendor will have on hand all licenses, proof of insurance, and required documentation to serve food to the public.
✓ Vendor will collect sales tax.
✓ Vendors to provide payment system.
✓ Vendor is responsible for cleanup, removing all waste, including grease (NO DUMPING). Failure to do so could result in exclusion from future City-sponsored events.
